All of our products are made to order, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing charts before placing your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund. Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold on our store are made to order through Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@bolterdesigns.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. There is no cost to you for replacements due to errors or damage.

Mislabeled Items

Though rare, mislabeled items can happen. If you believe your item is mislabeled, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Each product includes a sizing chart in the product description to help you select the best fit before ordering.

Shipping Issues

If your order appears lost in transit or hasn’t arrived, please contact us. We’ll work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
